Our University, Emergency Response Team Standby for Smooth Procedure of Online Lectures
- Action achieved and solved professors and students’ online lecture complaints

- Online lecture related combined call-center

Our university is currently running online lectures smoothly and decided to operate an emergency response team from April 6th (Monday) to June 19th (Friday) to enhance students’ satisfaction levels.


   ※ Emergency response team operation hours:weekdays (Monday~Friday) 9am~22pm, 031-299-4000


Our university has declared online lectures for the first semester till Covid-19 settles down for the safety of school members and to deter spread of Covid-19 as it continues to spread world-wide and seems long-lasting. For a smooth process of online lectures, a lot of effort has been made towards contents production related tools and materials, technology support, distribution of lecture management guidelines, office hour operation, monitoring and workshop development etc. 

In addition, our university will operate an emergency response team so that any complaints regarding online lectures can be swiftly solved. The emergency response team consists of around 40 relevant division school personnel and administrative assistants; they will operate the emergency response team and solve problems risen from any requests regarding online lecture tools as well as relevant inquiries. Also, they will work actively onsite during real live streaming to solve any problems in lecture production by professors, lecture contents edits, record etc.

Our university’s concerned party stated, “Professors are able to set up online lectures much more smoothly and an emergency response team has been established for students to gain high standard of education.”

“In order for students to listen to classes more safely and efficiently, we are putting in diverse efforts.”
