21 SKKU Students Selected for FinTech Internship

A total of 21 SKKU students (8 master’s students from Department of FinTech and 13 undergraduate students from Department of Business Administration and Department of Global Business Administration) are selected for the FinTech Internship program offered by BK21 FinTech Research & Education Center for Global Leaders (Director Kyo-Jik Song) which will be conducted during 2021 challenge semester.

The BK21 FinTech Research & Education Center for Global Leader signed an industry-academic cooperation agreement with Seoul FinTech Lab to conduct a program to allow students participate in internship program and receive credits during vacation.

Students who are selected to participate in the FinTech internship will learn the startup ecosystem by conducting FinTech technology commercialization strategies, marketing, and management support for eight weeks starting from June 14.

Professor. Kyo-Jik Song who organizes the program said, “I hope it will serve as an opportunity for students to think about FinTech business models while learning and experiencing the process of commercializing, starting and growing FinTech technology.”
