“If you laugh, blessings will come your way.” “diligent people live long.”
Do these old myth have scientific ground? Domestic research team proved that these hypothesis is right at the level of cell.
Park seongsu who is a professor of mechanical engineering in Sungkyunkwan University founded that the growth rate of cell increased by more than 50% when they extended human cell in proper strength in 4 hours. The research team’s paper collaborated with the University of Singapore was posted on nature communications.
“Health and longevity of human and long lasting of growing cell healthily are same meaning. I can explain why a person who does shepherding and hiking lives longer than a person who exercise extremely.” he said.
Daily activities such as breathing, laughing, working and cleaning apply force mechanically to cell in our body. However, these are not well-known how these mechanical activities affect cell growth and survival
