SKKU ranked 7th in Joong Ang Daily’s Computer/Software Engineering rankings (in Korea). Joong Ang Daily evaluated 72 universities based on the performances of 12 indexes including research, number of students per faculty, scholarships per student, job employment rate, etc.
Korea University, Seoul National University, SKKU, Ewha Womans University, POSTEC, and Hanyang University placed in the top 7 on the list.
Besides the Computer/Software Engineering, the Departments of Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Advanced Materials Sciences and Engineering, and Mathematics were recognized within the top 10% in Korea.
