Attached is the Guideline for issuing "Certificate of Residence", which is a necessary document for Alien Card.
For dorm residences, you can issue by yourself through GLS with the guide attached.
For non-dorm residences, you can print the attached Certificate of Residence and fill it with your homeowner. Also, please attach a contract document if available.
