Attached is the Guideline for issuing "Certificate of Residence", which is a necessary document for Alien Card.
For dorm residences, you will have the Certificate in your Orientation package. If you have missed the orientation, please refer to the attachment to print for yourself.
For non-dorm residences, you can print the attached Certificate of Residence and fill it with your homeowner. Also, please attach a contract document if available.
